Your listings, compliant with the GPSR

I review your catalogue, fill in the data the European regulation requires and hand you a file that is ready to upload.

What the regulation requires

Since 13 December 2024, Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR) requires every product sold in the EU to show in the listing:

  • The manufacturer: name, postal address and email or website.
  • The EU responsible person, if the manufacturer is outside the EU.
  • Warnings and safety information for the product, in the language of the country where it is sold, where the product has them.

If they are missing, the platform may lower the visibility of the listing or remove it.

What I do

  • I review your catalogue and find which values are missing in each listing.
  • I group the work by brand: each brand's data is completed once and serves all of its listings.
  • I hand you a file ready to upload with your platform's bulk editing tool, plus a summary of every change and where each value came from.
  • If a value is missing, I tell you. I do not make data up.
  • I never need your password or access to your account. You check the file and upload it.

What I do not do: I do not act as the EU responsible person — that is a legal role; I tell you which brands need one so that you can appoint it — and I do not provide legal advice.

How it works

  1. You send me your active listings report. It downloads in a minute from your seller dashboard; I explain how.
  2. I review and group by brand what is missing, with the source of each value: packaging, the manufacturer's official website, the manual or the information you provide.
  3. I hand you the file ready to upload and a summary of the changes. You review it and confirm the data is correct.
  4. You upload it. If any listing returns an error on upload, I fix it at no extra cost.

Experience

I have been selling on eBay since 2012 with my store AGORA THINGS: over 18,000 sales, 100% positive feedback, Top Rated Seller and more than 2,300 products listed across 9 countries. I manage the GPSR data of my own catalogue with the same tools I use for my clients.

Responsibility for the data

AgoraNexo organises and formats the product safety information provided by the client or taken from public sources (packaging, the manufacturer's official website, manuals), stating the source of each value. Before publishing, the client reviews the file and confirms that the information is accurate. The accuracy of the data published in the listings and compliance with GPSR obligations remain the seller's responsibility. AgoraNexo does not act as the EU responsible person and does not provide legal advice.
